Sundri Jones is a longtime practitioner and creative force within Nebraska’s holistic and metaphysical community, recognized for blending traditional Reiki, sound work, meditation, and artistic expression into grounded, welcoming experiences. A native Nebraskan, Sundri brings more than 23 years of hands-on Reiki practice to her work. Her dedication to growth and integrity within the practice led her to complete her Reiki Mastership in 2017, strengthening her role as both a practitioner and teacher.
Sundri’s Reiki background spans multiple lineages, offering her a deep and well-rounded understanding of energy work. She was trained in Jikiden Reiki, a Japanese form of Reiki that emphasizes simplicity, presence, and direct energetic transmission. In addition, she has studied Usui Tibetan Reiki, a Western adaptation that integrates traditional Reiki principles with contemporary energetic approaches. This combination allows Sundri to meet clients where they are, offering sessions that are flexible, respectful, and attuned to individual needs.
Alongside her Reiki practice, Sundri is an experienced meditation teacher. Her meditation offerings focus on grounding, awareness, and nervous system support, providing practical tools that can be carried into everyday life. These practices are accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners, creating a supportive entry point for anyone seeking calm, clarity, or balance. Meditation often weaves seamlessly into her Reiki and sound work, forming a holistic approach to energetic care.
Sundri is also a self-proclaimed sound alchemist, a title that reflects her intuitive and creative relationship with sound. Using singing bowls, symbols, and intentional vibration, she creates immersive experiences known as sound baths and sound sanctuaries. Her artwork and handcrafted creations are available at The Sacred Hallow in Hastings, where she also regularly offers sound sanctuaries that blend sound and Reiki into restorative group experiences.
